The Leaf Ministry traces its humble beginnings back to a group of friends united by their desire for personal growth and a healthier lifestyle. While their initial motivation was self-improvement, they soon realized the profound influence their transformative journey had on those around them—friends, coworkers, families, and the broader community. It was this recognition that inspired them to evolve into a private club dedicated to sharing a comprehensive holistic model of care and support.
At The Leaf, we firmly believe in taking a holistic approach that addresses the diverse needs of individuals beyond their physical well-being. Our support extends to encompass their emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions, recognizing the interconnectedness of these aspects in nurturing overall well-being. As we transitioned into a private Membership Ministry, we discerned a genuine need for people to reconnect with the world and one another following the profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The isolation, fear, social discord, and uncertainty of the future left many struggling emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
In response to these challenges, The Leaf Ministry has created a space where we can offer programs and support to both members and non-members within the community. Our comprehensive range of programs covers various areas, addressing the multifaceted needs of individuals seeking guidance and rejuvenation. Mentally and spiritually, we offer classes and programs for self acceptance and growth.

Founded on the principles of faith, compassion, and spiritual growth, we are dedicated to providing support and guidance to those facing unique challenges. Our community is filled with individuals like Sammy and Daisy, who have overcome tremendous obstacles with unwavering resilience and unwavering faith.
Sammy's journey of living with Dissociative seizures and vasovagal cardiac syncope led her to a point where she felt her quality of life was compromised. The fear, anxiety, and lack of freedom weighed heavily on her spirit. However, a turning point came with the introduction of Daisy Dukes, a specialized seizure service and response dog. Daisy's remarkable training allowed her to alert Sammy prior to a seizure, providing not only a sense of security but also a newfound freedom to live a more normal life for both Sammy and her daughter.
Tragically, on April 26th, their lives were abruptly disrupted when their car was involved in a severe accident, impacting Daisy's working capacity and causing injuries to Sammy. While Sammy suffered injuries to her back, shoulder, and minor internal injuries, Daisy's injuries were more severe, rendering her unfit to continue her invaluable service. Unfortunately, the process of acquiring a replacement service dog is riddled with challenges. The specialized skills that Daisy possessed have resulted in an extensive waitlist of over five years, compounded by the significant financial burden of close to $20,000.
At The Leaf Ministry, we recognize the immense value of companionship, support, and specialized care that service animals like Daisy provide. We are committed to rallying behind individuals like Sammy and Daisy, offering our love, resources, and assistance. Through our ministry, we aim to raise awareness, facilitate access to vital resources, and create a network of support to ensure that individuals facing similar circumstances receive the help they need to regain independence, hope, and a sense of purpose.
